Rust-Oleum Clear Finish Floor Topcoat is a ready-to-use interior/exterior concrete, clear protective coating formulated for use on garages, carports, driveways, basements, porches, patios, walkways, and pool decks. This clear topcoat is available in 3 finishes: Gloss, Matte, and Satin Textured. This product is designed for use over bare concrete or over 1-part epoxy floor paints such as Rust-Oleum Concrete & Garage Floor Paint + Primer to add a protective finish that resists damage from hot tires, motor oil, grease, and gasoline. The durable, UV and weather-resistant finish is easy to maintain and resists fading and peeling. It can be easily cleaned up with soap and water. Note: not recommended for use on asphalt surfaces.
