JOMAX House Cleaner and Mildew Killer is a mildewcidal liquid house washing concentrate formulated to kill mold and mildew and remove dirt and stains on most exterior painted or non-porous surfaces without the need for scrubbing. Jomax House Cleaner and Mildew Killer is an EPA-approved, patented concentrate containing a mildewcide, ChlorRelease bleach activator, and detergents. Jomax will not damage painted surfaces when used as directed and may be applied near plants and shrubs. It is recommended for cleaning vinyl and aluminum siding and trim, painted or stained wood siding, trim, decks, fences, and painted or stained stucco, concrete, and other painted or nonpainted surfaces.
