DRYLOK Wet Wall Bonding Primer is a high-quality acrylic interior/exterior primer designed to offer the best start to masonry projects. Before painting or waterproofing, it can be applied to dry, wet, bare, or precoated masonry, concrete, concrete stucco, or stone structures. It offers outstanding adhesion and resistance to efflorescence, mold, and mildew. Application to green concrete (newly poured) is safe up to alkalinity of a pH of 13.0. Easy to apply and clean up with soap and water. Do not tint.
